handy base for 2 nights with amiable staff always at your service. variety of goodies for breakfast. stunning, incredible location just off tourists walking the track, the fun restaurants or cafes and city centre which is really close.

Comfy room with really nice facilities and comfortable bed. Location very close to the bridge away from the cabin entrance, a restaurant and all the Sri Lanka island. Also, in the jungle.

I was very impressed with the deluxe double room and its view, the location was unbeatable and unique, within walking distance to everywhere.

hotel was deluxe, friendly services, and it had unique location to the bridge away from the cabin entrance. there were exceptionally comfortable beds and terrace and wifi in the deluxe king room. there was a good view of garden. location: the property was close to transport, dinner take-outs, and laundry and the nature. cafe cafe eden located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

Not obvious to find!

loved the amazing view of 9 Arches Bridge from the cozy cabin. Host Prasanna's hospitality made it feel like a home away from home. Definitely coming back!

No dinner options around.

the cabin exceeded my expectations. the view, the family running it, and their hospitality were exceptional. they went above and beyond to make us comfortable and arranged rides and hiking guidance. it was a gem of a place, and i wish we had booked more time there.

No toiletries.

Clean rooms with a nice view, and the staff is really attentive. They provide an electric kettle and a refrigerator which is very handy. the service is good. 👍

The jungle location is amazing, with breathtaking views of the adjacent Nine Arch Bridge and a charming tuk-tuk service to nearby locations. the spacious room gives guests plenty of space to relax and unwind, with a hot shower that also boasts a fantastic view. the friendly owner goes above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable, serving up delicious breakfasts and providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and activities.

There are occasional power outages, which can be inconvenient for those who value a constant and reliable power supply.

The hotel enjoys a breathtaking location with an extraordinary view. Its private facilities were of a luxurious nature and exclusive amenities were fully met by the hotel.

Although the on-site restaurant was not available, the hotel provided excellent service and recommendations for nearby options.

Outstanding location with a breathtaking view of a famous bridge. Quaint and charming cabin. Transfers provided to town for convenience. Clearly, a lot of love put into the design. Highly recommended.

I had such an very nice stay at New Cabin Ella! The cabin itself was so cozy and charming, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The family who runs the cabin were really good too ensure my comfort, arranged rides for me and even providing hiking guidance. The view from the cabin was amazing, especially of the Nine Arch Bridge. And to top it all off, they had chilled beers waiting for me in the mini fridge upon arrival. Such a gem of a place! I highly recommend staying at New Cabin Ella for a really good experience.

We were blown away by the very nice view from this mountain cabin! It was located in a perfect spot with a clear vantage point of the striking bridge. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the whole place. The staff, who had our best interests in mind, were very helpful with arranging transportation to and from the location. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

For us, it was ideal.
